At Nash 19, we are passionate about wholesome, real food based on local, seasonal produce. We draw inspiration from many different cuisines, but Irish is undoubtedly closest to our heart. Our kitchens cook and prepare everything for the shop and restaurant on site.
We strive to provide honest food that is low intervention and made from the finest local ingredients that cork and Ireland has to offer. Our chefs work with local producers, farmers and suppliers as well as artisan producers from all over Ireland. If we like it, we have it. Nash19 is located 200 meters away from the historic English Market which both support and emulate the values of local Irish suppliers. We serve 9:30am until 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We also have a range of ready-to-go meals in our Shop.
