Established in 1992 and now a Cork institution, Nash 19 is located in the heart of the City on Princes Street, a stone’s throw from The English Market, and is a home from home for many of its loyal customers.
‘Nash 19 is one of the true treasures of Cork City, a monument to simple, wholesome, unfussy cooking, based on fabulous, fresh, local produce. Of course, it takes time and trouble, most restaurants deal with just a handful of suppliers the difference here, apart from the careful, clear, detailed cooking, is taking that trouble. Nash 19 is a restaurant with a philosophy and it is not often that you can say that.’ – Tom Doorley
The team of chefs begin their day at 6am. The lunch menu moves beautifully through the seasons, using what is available at the market and complimented by our growers in the area. See our sample menus and wine list.
