Senior Management Position Available

We are recruiting a Full time Senior Manager.

A suitable Candidate needs to be a passionate and enthusiastic Team Leader who primarily loves our industry and can lead a team of professionals who still strive for the best customer experience that we can provide.


We are passionate about wholesome, real food based on local seasonal produce. Our chefs work closely with an amazing array of regional growers, farmers, and producers. We know it’s the support of these local legends alongside our service providers, loyal customers and staff that make Nash19 what it is today, 30 years after opening its doors.


The Chosen Candidate would have at least three years education and previous experience in the Hospitality Industry, Strong Communication Skills, and a great eye for detail. The Candidate would have a broad knowledge of Food Suppliers, Culinary Skills and Wine Knowledge.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Day to Day Operations of the Restaurant, Food Shop, Street Café & Gallery.
  • Social Media Management and maintenance of the Nash19 Website.
  • Management of the over-all business including purchasing, pricing, and stock control.
  • Involvement in strategic planning and marketing.

Working closely with the owner/ Head Chef.

Our Opening Hours are Tuesday – Saturday 8.45am until Evening.

Sundays and Mondays Closed.

Meals are provided daily; we love our Team to work hard and Eat well.
