10 Things you may not have known about Nash 19

  1. Sinead starts at 6am in our in-house bakery baking our scones and breads, which we produce to sell daily in our restaurant and shop.

  2. We pour 6 different wines by the glass every month.

  3. We use Sowan's organic flour in our home-made brown bread and spelt breads. We also stock artisan breads from `Arbutus Breads`

  4. Denis from K O'Connell's delivers our fresh fish every morning and may even call twice a day when things get busy.

  5. If you would like to beat the queue, you can call us at any time to reserve your table.

  6. If you are having a working lunch then a Nash2Go box of sandwiches is the answer.

  7. We have an extensive gluten free menu, put together by Pamela our Head Chef. Lots of our food in the shop is also gluten free including our casseroles, soups and breads.

  8. Our pork and bacon is supplied by Crowes of Dundrum and our beef is supplied by Jack McCarthy, both of whom are Good Food Ireland producers.

  9. Lots of our other produce is supplied from as close as the English Market to as far as India for our tasty spices.

  10. For every one minion you meet downstairs there is a mirror image upstairs - we currently have a staff of eighteen.
